Ole Trond Berg
is Professor emeritus at the Department of
Health Management and Health Economics, University of Oslo.
Academic interests:
• European health care systems, historical and comparative
• Central health administration systems
• Organization and management in the clinic; clinical
management and leadership roles
• The physician role, historical and comparative perspectives
• Physicians and management/leadership; physicians as
managers/leaders (in the clinic).

Bernt Møst Lien
is a specialist within the fields of leadership and organisational development and conflict resolution. He worksat Oslo University Hospital developing strategies, designing models and conducting processes for leadership development. He has more than 25 years’ experience from the health care industry working as a management consultant, hospital director/CEO and specialist advisor within change management and leadership- and organisational development.

Petter Risøe
MD, MPH, PhD, is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Diffia, a Norwegian digital health company startup. Diffia aims to provide technological solutions that simplify the everyday of healthcare workers. They were accredited Norway's Best AI/Machine-learning Startup in 2018 and Best Health Tech Startup in 2017. Petter is a man of many talents and interests, with education from Harvard University (medical informatics), Yale University (MPH in applied statistics and epidemiology) and PhD in molecular biology from the University of Oslo.

Marie Louise Sunde
MD, PhD is a resident in general surgery and the founder of #ShesGotThis. She is addressing unconscious bias and gender stereotypes. Marie Louise has been a main speaker in the UN and was invited to Michelle Obama’s «The United State of Women» conference in the White House. In her speech she addresses the negative effects of gender stereotypes and discrimination, and how to balance these inequalities.

Erik Fosse
MD, PhD is Director of the Intervention Centre at the Oslo University Hospital and professor of medicine at the University of Oslo, making him an important voice in the Norwegian public debate regarding e-health and health technology. He is a trained thoracic surgeon and noted for his humanitarian work for NORWAC on the Gaza Strip during the Gaza War. King Harald V of Norway appointed Fossa as Commander of the Order of St. Olav in 2013 for his work within medicine and civic engagement.
